NatureSpirit® branded products purchased in the U.S. come with a one-year or other specified limited warranty. The following sections describe the limited warranties and return policy for the U.S.

What is covered by this limited warranty?

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in your — our NatureSpirit® branded products.

What is not covered by this limited warranty?

This limited warranty does not cover:

* Problems that result from:
* External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, or problems with electrical power
* Servicing not authorized by us
* Usage that is not in accordance with product instructions
* Failure to follow the product instructions or failure to perform preventive maintenance
* Problems caused by using accessories, parts, or components not supplied by us
* Products with missing or altered service tags or serial numbers
* Products for which we have not received payment

How long does this limited warranty last?

This limited warranty lasts for the time period indicated on your product's package or invoice. The limited warranty begins on the date of the date of purchase or invoice. The warranty period is not extended if we repair or replace a warranted product or any parts. Simpro Inc. may change the availability of limited warranties, at its discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.
